We apologise as our earliest check-in time is 2:00 PM. Our team will need time to disinfect the unit after guests checkout. We hope you understand.
CAN I REQUEST FOR LATE CHECK OUT?
Late check-out requests may be accommodated based on availability. If there is no guest due to check in, late check-out until 2PM is allowed at half the price of the room rate. Meanwhile, late check-out until 6PM is allowed at full room rate.
ARE VISITORS ALLOWED?
Yes, visitors are allowed but not for overnight stays. Visiting hours are only from 9am to 11pm. Only guests registered with PH Staycation are allowed to stay overnight. Please message us if you want your visitors to be registered as guests. An extra charge of P500 per stay may or may not be applied, depending on the number of guests you booked online.
WHAT ABOUT PARKING?
No parking included in the booking but pay parking in the building may be available. The rate is PHP 250 for 24 hours stay. Street parking is also available outside the property.
ARE THERE TV CHANNELS AVAILABLE TO WATCH?
Sorry, there are no television channels, but there is a Netflix account logged into the television for you to enjoy.
CAN WE USE THE SWIMMING POOL/ GYM?
Free use of the pool or gym for the registered guests. There may be time limitations provided by the building administration.
Opens: Tuesday to Sunday - 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Closed: Monday for maintenance
To register, please proceed to the 7th floor a day before the desired schedule and bring valid IDs to validate your registration.
HOW DO I EXTEND MY STAY?
Please message us 24 hours before check-in date to modify your booking. You may also go directly to the website to book an extension or message us to modify your booking or check the availability of the unit.
CAN I ADD MORE GUESTS?
As per building administration policy, we are not allowed to exceed the maximum number of guests per unit. Please check your booking details to see maximum capacity and message us if we can add more guests. Additional charge for extra guests is P500 per stay.
HOW DO WE DISPOSE OF OUR GARBAGE?
Garbage should be placed in plastic trash bags and wet garbage should be separated from dry garbage. Please check the trash bin below the sink. If it's already full, you may leave trash bags inside the fire exit for collection by building staff.
IS SMOKING ALLOWED?
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit and common areas of the building. Guests may smoke in the balcony. No littering of cigarette butts or ashes.
Do you offer discounts?

Yes, towels are available in the unit.
Are pets allowed?
Our apologies as pets are not allowed in the unit.

We apologize for the inconvenience as the pool and gym in Millenium Plaza is currently not available.
CAN I EXTEND MY STAY?
Please use the Airbnb app to make alteration requests and if it's available then we can approve your alteration request to extend. You may also message us for extension.
CAN WE ADD MORE GUESTS?
4 pax is the maximum allowed number per unit as per building admin rules.No parties and no loud music allowed.
HOW DO I CHECKOUT?
Checkout time is strictly at 11am. If guests checked out past 11am to 2pm, a half-day room rate will be charged and full day if past 2pm.When you check out, simply leave the key on the table and close the door unlock. Our staff will follow after you to clean the unit.

WHAT ABOUT PARKING?
No parking included in the booking. Limited slots are available in the building, at a rate of PHP 1000 per 24 hours. There are also pay parking garages at Landers Superstore, Uptown Uptown Parade, and Uptown Mall. Overnight rates at these parking lots range between PHP 800 to PHP 2,500.
HOW CAN WE USE THE AMENITIES?
Guests have free use of the pool or gym for the registered guests. Amenities are located on the 5th floor.

9:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM only
